Every year, there's a new competitor to the backpacking meals from the old standby, Mountain House.  RightOnTrek meals have thrown their hat into the ring and asked me to do a review.  

In this video, I rate RightOnTrack's Beef Bolognese against Mountain House's Lasagna with Meat Sauce using the categories of ease of preparation, nutrition, and taste.
